Linda Ziberi joined RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) in spring 2012. She is currently teaching Business Communication, but, has also taught Critical Reading and Writing and has served as a supervisor of the Academic Support Centre and the Head English Tutor for master students at RIT Kosovo (A.U.K). Linda holds a Ph.D. in Communication and Culture from Bowling Green State University and an MA degree in Applied Communication from Indiana University. She has a BA in English Language and Literature from the University St. Kiril and Metodij in Skopje, Macedonia. During her Ph.D. studies at BGSU, she worked as a teaching assistant and taught Speech Communication and Introduction to Women’s Studies. Before RIT Kosovo (A.U.K), Linda was engaged at the South East European University (SEEU) in Macedonia where she also served as a Vice Dean for Academic Issues at the Faculty of Communication Sciences and Technologies for two years. She taught in the Communication Department, covering courses: Intercultural Communication, Professional Communication, and Organizational Communication. She was appointed Assistant Professor by the SEEU Senate in 2013 and was the winner of the 2013-14 Scholarship of Learning and Teaching Award. Linda’s research focuses on intercultural, international and organizational communication, with an emphasis on the construction of multiculturalism discourses within the EU and non EU countries.
