As part of WP3 activities, the Advanced Training on Inclusive Pedagogy for STEM Faculty was held on 30 October – 1 November at IBC-M in Mitrovica and was led by Linnaeus University.
The training activities covered:
Day 1: Introduction to norm-critical approaches and social norms in Kosovo and Albania contexts.
Day 2: Integration of critical approaches into STEM classes, including case study review and guidelines for designing inclusive pedagogy.
Day 3: Participants worked in groups to review assignments, syllabi, and course materials, focusing on re-designing classes with a norm-critical approach
