”Women in STEM” webinar, part of Work Package 3 which was organized by RIT Kosovo, delved into the challenges faced by women in engineering.

Keynote speakers Mary Doyle-Kent from SETU Ireland and Ines Bula Bunjaku from RIT Kosovo, presented their research findings on women’s experiences in Kosovo and Ireland. The event focused on diversity and inclusion, addressing issues like workplace equality, job satisfaction disparities, work-family life balance, maternity leave concerns, and promotion of engineering for women.

Serving as the inaugural session of a three-part series, upcoming webinars will explore various topics in STEM education, the aim of which, is to create an extensive platform for sharing knowledge and fostering networking within the STEM community.
